Purpose Statement: "To provide spiritual leadership and direction for all church employee related issues and concerns."
Goals:
1. To ensure church employees are being fairly compensated according to the church means for services rendered.
2. To foster an environment for spiritual and professtional development.
3. To provide a wholesome and conductive atmosphere wherby the "Spririt of Excellence" is visible in all ministries of the church.
4. To recommend individuals for employment in job vacancies in the church.
5. To develop an evluation form and format for all employees.
6. To develop job descriptions, benefit packages, wages and other fringe benefits for all employees.
